Olakorede Olaleye, professionally known as DJ Steez (stylized as STEEZ), is a Nigerian disc jockey, remixer, and record producer renowned for his Afrobeats and Amapiano-infused sets and remixes. His deep-rooted passion for music has been evident from a young age. At 16, he began his musical journey, immersing himself in music production and artistry, refining his skills, and showcasing his natural talent.
Growing up in Nigeria and having lived in the UK, Canada, and now the United States, Steez's sound reflects the vibrant cultures of these regions. His diverse mixes span Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afrohouse, Dancehall, Soca, R&B, and Hip-Hop, celebrating the rich diversity of the African diaspora. As Steez's talent and reputation flourish, he continues to grace the decks at clubs and parties across Lagos, Toronto, Houston, and other cities, including Halifax, Ottawa, Montreal, and Dallas.
